It is the patient's responsibility to check with their insurance company to verify Midtown Endocrine Associates is an "in network" provider for your unique insurance panel. Beginning in 2022 "out of network" coverage may not be guaranteed. It is also the patient's responsibility to check with their insurance regarding coverage for telemedicine services.
